Facility Startup and Compliance
Assist with the Design, concept and implementation of new homelike Assisted Living Facility and Family Rest Home start up:
- Assist in the entire start up process.
- Assist in the completion and submission of application to DHSS.
- Assist in preparation of Policy and Procedure Manual for submission to DHSS.
- Assist with preparation of Resident’s Handbook.
- Facilitate LLAM training.
- Facilitate CPR training.
- Assist with Interim LNHA duties.
- Assist with DON duties.
- Provide mandatory training/education and ongoing professional development needs.
